Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item:

Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Condition: To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and kept in their original packaging.

Damages & Breakages

While we take every care in packaging our collections, accidents can occasionally happen in transit.

Notification: Please inspect your order upon arrival. Any breakages must be reported immediately.

Requirement: To process a replacement or refund for damaged goods, please email us a photograph of the breakage alongside your order number.
